Can I speak to you in English?
Yes. We can discuss funeral arrangements and repatriation with you in English. We also offer support from a native speaker of Ukrainian and Russian. Please tell us your preferred language when you contact us; we may arrange a callback with the right person.
Can I request a quote before someone has died?
Yes. You can explore options for yourself or someone close to you. You do not need to know all the details yet.
Does requesting a quote commit me to anything?
No. A quote request is free and without obligation. It does not book a funeral.
Is the package starting price the final price?
Not necessarily. Extra services, your choice of location and other circumstances can affect the total. Ask for a personal quote that sets out the inclusions and any additional costs.
